Sexual Health Analyzer

Sexual Health Analyzer is a Claude Code skill from WellAlly Health (formerly Claude-Ally-Health), an MIT-licensed, local-first personal health record project maintained by WellAlly Tech. It works on records you create with the /sexual command: standard questionnaire scores, STD screening results, contraception history, and an optional activity log. Because this is some of the most sensitive health data a person keeps, the local-files design is the main reason to consider it.

Not a diagnosis. All sexual health problems should be diagnosed and treated by a doctor. The skill's analysis does not replace a medical exam or lab test. In an emergency, seek care immediately.

What it analyzes

• IIEF-5 questionnaire. The five-item International Index of Erectile Function, run interactively or entered as a score. The skill maps totals to the standard bands (22-25 normal, 17-21 mild, 12-16 mild to moderate, 8-11 moderate, 5-7 severe) and tracks the trend over time.
• FSFI. The Female Sexual Function Index, recorded as a total or by domain (desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm, satisfaction, pain).
• STD screening records for HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, HPV, and hepatitis B, with suggested screening intervals by risk level and follow-up tracking for positive results.
• Contraception. Method history, typical-use and perfect-use effectiveness figures, side effects, and switches between methods.
• Correlations with the medication, chronic disease, mental health, nutrition, and fitness modules, for example medicines or conditions that commonly affect sexual function.
• Reminders for check-ups and screening.

How to use it

WellAlly Health is a Claude Code project, not a standalone package. Clone it and start Claude Code in the folder:

Privacy

The activity log is optional. The project stores everything as plain JSON and Markdown on your disk and lets you delete or selectively export records. The skill recommends marking sensitive data and suggests encryption, but files are not encrypted by the project itself, so consider disk encryption. Analysis runs through Claude Code, which sends the content you ask about to the model it uses.

Limitations

• It cannot perform lab tests or physical exams, and results depend on accurate self-reporting.
• Questionnaire scores show change over time; they are not a diagnosis of erectile dysfunction or any other condition.
• Screening intervals are general guidance. Your doctor may recommend a different schedule.

FAQ

Is it only for men? No. It includes the FSFI questionnaire, contraception tracking, and STD screening, which apply to all users.

What happens with a positive STD result? The skill records it and tracks follow-up, and points you to medical care. Treatment decisions belong to your doctor.
